Description
Although the Nike Air Force 1 has grown to become one of the most beloved lifestyle silhouettes in the history of athletic footwear, it was originally introduced to market as a high-tech performance basketball shoe, and the Beaverton Brand is drawing from that hoops heritage once again for a new low-top makeup this summer. Upon first glance, your eyes are immediately drawn to the trio of Nike Basketball lace locks — black, orange, and white — than run vertically down the throat. Although they are indeed the shoe’s most unique feature, the color palette is no slouch either, combining a crisp white synthetic base with cool teal and burnished clay leather accents towards the heel. This Southwestern-style mix of secondary colors gives off a slight ’96 NBA All-Star game vibe, while the look is then completed by an alternate tongue tag plus a timeless white AF1 midsole and outsole.
