This time around Kobe’s first Nike signature will be utilizing a white leather upper with purple and black accents on the Swoosh, ankle collar, and midsole. While aesthetically the Protro remains the same as its original predecessor from 2005, the tech upgrades have made the sneaker a solid performance option in 2018. Modifications on the Protro include a more lightweight overall construction and the addition of full-length Zoom Air cushioning in the midsole.
